Public Sector 3%

We can support employers to achieve their 3% target for the employment of people with disabilities in the public sector.  The Equality Authority has put a “Disability Resource Pack” in place for employers in conjunction with the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform to support the employment of people with disabilities in the public sector.
We are part of the Department of Social Protection support network for employers and can assist with the positive steps outlined in this brochure, in particular with
  • recruitment, retention, and progression  strategies,
  • orientation/integration into the work place
  • workplace accommodation, grant funding, assistive technologies
